NOT yOUR AVERAGE PICTURE DAY!
There is no charge for the media/photo session. Once the gallery is ready, parents and athletes will receive a link to view their images, with the option to purchase digital files or printed photos at that time. We’ve partnered with Photoday to offer a fully paperless media and photo day experience!
Key Components of a Media Day Session:
Individual Portraits: Crisp, impactful images that capture each athlete’s focus and personality, often with a choice of clean backdrops (white, black, or environmental) and multiple uniform options.
Team & Group Photos: Classic full-team images along with smaller group shots that build camaraderie and supply content for programs, announcements, and promotional materials.
Action & Personality Shots: Energetic, stylized poses using creative lighting and effects (such as smoke or LED boards) to create excitement and highlight each athlete’s unique style—ideal for social media.

Yes! We will provide the clubs booster president access to the digital files.
HOW LONG IS OUR MEDIA/PHOTO DAY SESSION?
The timing varies depending on venue, size of team and complexity of the shoot. But most media days run 1.5 - 3 hours.
WHERE will the media day take place?
We recommend that the head coach reserves the teams home field/court for the best experience.
Is the session really free?
Absolutely! We will arrive with our professional gear ready to go. Just bring your best props and smiles!
